St.
Joseph's College has always lived up an eminent name for
its achivements in sports and studiues. Like this year's
Green and White Day, we have used allrounded as our theme.
The annual Students' Festival has always been a great
opportunity for students, as well as our dedicated staff,
to participate in a variety of functions and games, exhibiting
their talents in various fields. The enthusiasm and active
participation of students was strongly reflected by the
vast number of student participants in many different
games and the enormous number of spectators watching attentively
during every game and function. This year, the Students'
Festival 2002 was held from 25-02-02 to 01-03-02.
25 Feb 02 (Monday)
Football Match The Football Match was a action-packed.
Thudering shots, courageous saves and extraordinary displays
of skills were seen bustling throughout the whole match.
Both teachers and C grade have performed well.
26 Feb 02 (Tuesday)
Basketball Match The playground was beaming with
lights as both teams gave a remarkable performance in
the exhilarating basketball match. Throngs of students
packed the basketball court, turning it into an even smaller
battelefield. Players oerformed spectacular aerial acrobats,
fabulous shots and employed excellent tactics.
27 Feb 02 (Wednesday)
Bridge Game The bridge game is organised in
the Old Hall by Bridge Club. Many teachers like Mr. H
L Choy, Mr. K K Yip, and the staff, Mr. Ricky Chiu have
showed their greatest support. Both teacehers and students
have gained valuable experience on bridge from each other.
Bowling Game The action moved to the South China
Association bowling field. The Staff team has showed their
marvelous skills and talent, opening up a huge advantage
from the start. Both team have enjoyed a good time.
28 Feb 02 (Thursday)
Computer Game The fantastic FIFA 2002 teacher-student
competition is organised by Electronics and Computer Society.
The battlefiled was in the Junior Computer Room. Mr. Y
K Chan has showed his great talent in the game.
Table-Tennis Match The Students' team awakened and
fought with high spirits. The playground was again packed
with enthusiastic crowds. the table-tennis match between
staff and students brought tremendous actions into the
playground.

Football Match The sun shone just as we came to
the spotlight of the events. Both team fought chivalrously
and demonstrate an enjoyable game with great sportsmanship.
